15.10.2010. The Ministry of Health Ukraine announced to actively push forward health care reform projects in the regions from the beginning of next year. For this purpose 5 Oblasts were selected in which the experiment of developing sickness funds is supposed to take place. These Oblasts are: Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Donetsk, Lugansk and Poltava.
