Conference in Dnipropetrovsk
22-23 April 2010. Dnipropetrovsk. A scientific conference on “Modern Strategies ensuring the quality and safety in health care” was held in the State Medical Academy of Dnipropetrovsk. Professor Valentin D. Pariy gave a lecture on “Audit of the effectiveness of the implementation of clinical guidelines in the health care system at the region of Zhytomyr, in which he expressed, that a sickness fund should be seen as the most effective way to promote population?s access to an affordable health care in the current situation. The introduction of a sickness fund should impact an establishment of a quality assurance system combined with management of rational use of pharmaceuticals.
